Fancy hamburgers here..
1 5 oz hand pattied burger from ground round per person 1-2 sliced onions 1 4 oz. can of mushrooms per 2 people Gravy..it's ok to use a jar gravy..I like Heinz Beef..brown works as does the mushroom season how you like 'em I like garlic and fresh ground pepper...
Brown the burgers on a med heat. Add onions and mushrooms when you flip over..cook until onoins are tender and mushrooms slightly browned. Add gravy turn heat to low..let gravy heat and simmer intil burgers are done through...
Hubby likes this on wheat bread..I prefer mine sans bread.. Enjoy!

Quick Curry Chicken I usually use left over roasted chicken and cut up into chunks. Add a can of cream of chicken soup, half a can of milk, and heat up with chicken on the stove. Add curry to taste. I use hot curry around 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, garlic to taste (a lot for my tastes), and a little ground ginger -1/8 teaspoon. Allow to simmer to blend spices and serve over your favorite rice (works well on white or jasmine rice).
Send some more recipes this way Dee.

SPECIAL mashed potatoes for any time!
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cups of sour cream to your mashed right after the butter..before the milk...whip or hand mash, I prefer the hand masher,
